1. How can I update my profile information?

You can update your profile at any time by signing in to your InatUni account and navigating to 'Profile' or 'Account Settings'. From there, you may amend your personal details, professional background, learning interests and contact information. Keeping your profile up to date ensures a personalized learning experience and helps ensure your e-Certificates display accurate information.

2. How do I change my password?

To change your password, sign in to your account and open 'Account Settings'. Select 'Change Password', enter your current password, create a new strong password and save the changes. For your security, choose a unique password containing a combination of letters, numbers and special characters

3. What should I do if I have forgotten my password?

If you cannot remember your password, select the 'Forgot Password' option on the sign-in page. Enter your registered email address and follow the instructions sent to your inbox to reset your password securely. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting InatUni Support.

4. Why is identity verification required?

Identity verification helps InatUni maintain a secure and trustworthy learning environment. It protects learner accounts, prevents fraudulent activity and supports the authenticity and credibility of InatUni e-Certificates. Some courses or professional certifications may require additional verification before completion.
